Jus' Nuts .... Buddy, I think it was simply a sense of overwhelming relief that you made it home safely & in one piece that made your mother so happy that she just about "took you out" (so to speak). I have no military ties in my family but I can understand a parent's sense of worry when their sons, daughters or partners are sent away on deployment, not knowing if they'll be coming back. When they do, to the relieved partners & family members, it can be better than winning the lottery. You can't put a price on the joy & relief when family members see their loved ones make it home in one piece, as we see so often in videos like this ✌️😎👍 I'll bet that your mother's welcome home made you feel just as happy as she was, even if she did practically "crash tackle" you in her excitement 🇺🇸☝️😂👍🇺🇸

my therapist reminds me," Don't forget to watch some soldier's reunions!" they warm my heart during tough times and remind me how I projected and dreamed about my own homecomings after being stationed far from home, seeing the emotional heart melting surprise wells up in me hope in people and my own tears flow. Sometimes it seems unfair to stick a camera in these unsuspecting folk's private moment' just sayin.
