The song showed me that God had forgiven me that day. I confessed my sin and was made flawless by what Jesus did, resulting in my forgiving myself and breaking the bonds of the guilt. The other song came out when I lived in shame of being a birthmother of my son, who I placed for adoption. I hid him because I was ashamed of my sins. The Dear Younger Me" showed me that he might have been a consequence of my past sins but, he is a blessing. But, if I could go back, pain taught me more about God. So, I would tell my young self not to live in condemnation. Instead of living in condemnation, God was my to be free. The mountain and valley of my choices made me who I am today. In the end, I am not broke but redeemed. I am blessed by adoption, so I would not go back and change anything. Now, I love my son openly to show others the beauty of adoption. Thank again for all the songs, and want ya are doing? A great band with powerful songs.

When I was young going through, hell on earth as I saw it. I always felt as I got older my younger self needed to be told its all OK. You will go onto be the best because the Lord set you on a path to fulfil your destiny. Condemnation and pain is not your worth. You are amazing that is everyone, its not your fault, as I said then, my life was not meant to be like this. This song helped break the chains that tried to hold me down, now another key has been found. I pray that others who have lived in that environment as a child is now given there key and is free indeed.
