In a doctors office near me, the reception desks are in an enclosed area with glass. Kind of like an island room with windows.

Great content! Any reason you don’t do physical examinations and apply all treatments available?

Physical examinations seem to be more and more helpful, but won't always help narrow it down (contusion vs fracture I think it wouldn't help). As for applying all treatments, I thought about that, especially with the foot fungus! BUT unless you get the possible diagnosis to 100%, there's always chance they come back anyway, giving you a hit to your hospital's rating.

Bit late to the party on this one but: If you haven't figured it out just yet, intern mode is the difficulty of doctor mode. When you go to doctor mode there should be some bars you can click on the top I think? And you have to remove hints. Oopsie will only have you remove 2 hits max for the whole thing IIRC.

First floor even real life is normally your emergency walk in clinic plus the Emergency Room sometimes ICU

yeah, I think ICU will have to be a few floors up, and then all emerg stuff on the first floor.
