Hi, fantastic tutorial! Just one issue, I can't do the (outer) fillet at 59:29, I get that error message "Failed to create fillet. Please check the input geometr and radius values or try using Face Fillet". So I tried to remove the guide curve in the first boundary, but when I try to change the first and last splines from "none" to "normal to profile" (before removing the guide curve), it will give me a an errore message "Direction 1 curve no. 1 is invalid. It does not intersect with Direction 2 no. 2". If I just remove the curve from direction 2 box, then it won't letme validate the boundary surface feat. Any help, anyone?

Realview Graphics must be enabled in Solidworks. It's one of the rendering options with shadows/perspective. If you can't enable it or the option is missing then you are using an unsupported graphics card. You need nVidia Quadro, AMD FireGL/Pro or Radeon Pro cards. My guess is you don't have a supported gpu since the feature is typically on by default.
