كيف قمت بعمل السيميلايشن في بداية الفيديو اقص الصورة كيف وضعت تلك الأثقال ممكن تعطينا طريقة عملك كيف نضع اثقال فوق الجسم الذي نريد أن نعمل له سيميلايشن وشكرا

اخي الكريم انا لم اضع احمال (كان ذلك فقط للاظهار والتوضيح والطريقه شرحتها في احد الفيديوهات). من وجهة نظري هذه احد الاخطاء التي يقع فيها مستخدمين السيموليشن والمصممين. حيث ليس بالضروره ادراج جميع العناصر في الدراسه واستعيد (متل الانابيب في هذا المثال) فهنا يجب ان نعوض عنها بحموله (اي قوه ثقليه). مثال اخر: الاسطوانات المكبسيه الهوائيه او الهيدروليكيه فلا ندرجها ضمن الدراسه ولكن نعوضها بقوه في حال الحركه او بعناصر جاسئه بحاله الستاتيك. شكرا لك مجددا

يعطيك العافية ممكن تعطينا مثال عن سموليشن ل شكل ويطلع الشكل بحالة خطرة وكيف فينا نستفيد من الدراسة ونحسن من الشكل ونفحصو مرة تانية للنتأكد انو صار آمن

Thanks for your comment💐💐. You have to treat the beams as surfaces. (By using offset serface=0)

Hello, Can you please explain why did you choose 7500N as load in this scenario? I assume your total weight is about 750*2=1500kg. Please, correct me if I am wrong.

Hi 👋, thanks for your comment. I‘m afraid you are wrong. Because the total load is 750 and we don’t need to multiply by 2. Solidworks allows you to enter the total load or you can divide it.

So I will correct what I said: I entered 7500N (per Item) that means We have 15000N in Total. I had to see the video to remember it again 🤣🤣. Now do you have any problem?

Thank you! For example, I wonder how to apply loads if one item is longer than the other. Both weldments are about 1.5m in your video so, we divide the load by 2. Also, can you please give me some source, book names, etc to learn more about this topic?
