Your sketch in the 2:30 time frame is not fully defined. The length of the arc in the upper left region can be changed by dragging it.

DaleCooper444 That's why the lines are not tangent to the arc , in my case I put tangent arc and mark me the sketch on defined

@@cuberayala I had to delete one dimention (the line on the left tangent to the mentioned arc)
