At 2:59 a gear was placed and later flipped. A bridge was placed over without adjusting it. Was it supposed to be on its side or upward? Thanks anyway.

Hello, my movement Miyota (Citizen) 0s10 does not reset the twelve hour and minute time scale, does not return to zero according to the instructions. Please tell me how can I fix this I really need these settings I read the instructions and tried to fix everything according to it, but the mechanism is clearly faulty
