most people don't understand that walking through a field of cows can be very dangerous there are quite a few deaths a year in the UK so always keep next to a fence so you can escape if they charge at you

I love researching the history etc wherever I go and also in areas, self education is incredibly important regarding visiting specific areas. I always take my wildlife book with me, plants, insects, fungi, birds and animals which fills the evening while camping. Loved the solitude of the trail and really identify with those moments you stop for food and coffee in those beautiful places, those moments are when I truly find peace.

This is a new one to me Murray, so I'm going to take the video in chunks to enjoy it properly. To answer your initial question, I often feel the need for some solitude away from the trials and tribulations of everyday life :)

Loved every minute of this, Murray. The scenery really was breathtaking. You go to so much trouble to make sure we see every beautiful moment. The rolling hills, farmland, big Beech trees, are quite different to your snow-covered peaks, but oh how I love every single hike and climb you take us on. Thank you so much, lovely man.

Ahhh Murray that was one of my favourites! The walk always but I loved the stories, the random crab claw joke “ I don’t think you’ll find many crabs flying around up here, so I’m pretty certain someone’s stopped here before” had me cracking up ! I really enjoyed hearing you shout in that wind that nearly had you on your rear end, I know; But it was funny. What a lovely journey to have the privilege of watching, I’m glad you found your Fishiduous 😅trees in the end I too dislike the farmed ones. And to finish it all off that lovely comment about family being the best adventure. Top class Murray ! Thank you. Alaya Norfolk.

Try Machta vs coffee! Don’t boil the water, I forget the “ideal” temp, but it’s below boiling (80c comes to mind) you can certainly use a bit lower temp, just don’t go over that upper limit by much. You can use “culinary grade” vs the other, often much more, expensive grades, it’s just a bit more earthy in flavor, but shouldn’t be a bother if you’re drinking black coffee. It’s a much better energy delivery, IMHO You can also let it cool, add a touch of powdered ginger and pour a shot into a water bottle and fill it; gives a nice little extra boost to your water
