Be sure to check the BBB reviews on the Taylor Morrison homes. Purchased a home in December 2021. Will not go into details on the poor construction. Buyer beware.....love the community and amenities. Taylor Morrison will be taking over possession in few months...HOA will not control these facilities. Ask about the new community going in across the street......also about the highway being constructed right outside the gate.

I visited Solavita a few years ago. The community itself is nice. However outside is NOT nice at all. Lots of crime and not safe at all.
