In china, if people die when he was old enough and naturally, we usually won't be too sad about it. The funeral is more like an announcement and a chance for relatives and friends to meet each other.

@@рабские_вымираты No , Its about the families hold the funeral to thank the people who came to the funeral . because people who come to the funeral gives an amount of money to the families to comfort them(usually much more than food's value, the closer you are with the families the more you are going to give them. usually from 1 day to 1 week's wage comparing to Chinese income). Families give a feast in return. In Fel's case . He didnt pay for his food .🤣

At the funeral, the villagers warmly welcomed a solitary visitor from Ghana, Africa. Each host's family insisted on toasting him by keeping their cups lower than his, a gesture in Chinese culture to show respect and acknowledge the guest's esteemed status.

It’s true, rural China is still more underdeveloped than the government would like the outside world to know, and culturally things are much different from other peoples experiences in the west. A clear one in the video is Chinese people wearing white to funerals, where as black is traditional in most of Europe and North America. But one thing that is clear from many of these types of much more rural China videos is that the people are very welcoming and sweet, obviously more so when you speak their language and they can communicate with you.

In rural China, as long as an elderly family member dies, the host family only needs to cry and set off firecrackers without invitation. The whole village will go to volunteer to help, some people cut vegetables, some people cook, some people specially receive guests, some people specially record gifts, each family in the village will be assigned tasks. The funeral was a happy one because the old man lived a long time and died painlessly. In some areas, there are performances, playing music and singing for three days, performing drama.

Besides the white colours... it looks like an African funeral. Family, friends and neighbors eat together afterwards. 🇿🇦

I like this funeral. Where is it written that people have to wear black garments and look miserable for a funeral? Hi Fel. Great video. Know your culture. the only reason why Africans wear Black clothes is because they lost their culture when the white people colonised them.

Yes, and Europeans still get angry if you say the obvious they get angry, I know this because they do the same to us South Americans and I don't even want to know what they say about Asians (except Japan And Koreans) because they are nations that are westernizing their cultures to please Europeans who don't even care about Asians

传统的非洲葬礼是什么形式的? 在中国一个人不用经受长时间的疾病的痛苦折磨而死去,是一件很好的事!

You have had many amazing adventures while in China. Your interaction with the locals is special. They went home, and remember you always. Thank you for showing us many cities and towns, and villages, the customs and the Chinese and Mongolian people. Will you revisit China after your trip to your Ghana home? Your family will enjoy watching your KZbin videos with you, and laugh.
