Thank you for a great video! I enjoyed every element you recorded. I appreciate the work it takes to travel to your camp, I cannot sit and watch 90 minutes of portages anymore, so this was great! Was DougL part of your production team? I sense he could appreciate the content to length ratio of this video! Nice job 👍

Agree, I like the way you edited this down. I bet you have enough footage for a 90 minute video however, it’s tough to find that much time to carve out of my day. The portion between 5-5:30 appears to be a relatively new style for you. I thought it was great. It offers serene viewing that is inviting and reflects the peace a trip like yours brings. Consider editing two videos for your multi day trips. One that’s brief (like this) and a second in the longer format. Thanks Joe!

Love it, I just wish you showed more of the cooking process and over the fire cooking! We usually tie our fish live to a stringer through the gill and tow it from the back of our boat. Fish stays fresh until you're ready to pack it in! Careful in lakes with pike or muskie though lol

Great video. I loved it. I live only about two hours east of you. A few years ago I was at a lake in spring time north of town fishing for lake trout and we caught quite a few. My friend cleaned them on the shore and as soon as we left a pair of bald eagles flew in to take care of the remains. That's a routine with us. Leave the remains for the eagles. They love it and they are always waiting.
