What is that on the hook and and what is going through the mozzie eye cavity?

It's my way of bridling a bait. Basically its a power swivel with a piece of heat shrink over the one eye and a piece of nylon tied to the other eye. The hook goes onto the heat shrink side of the power swivel and the bait (mozzie) is attached with the nylon through the eyes onto the other side of the power swivel
