Just found this out a short while ago Gordon Ramsay has 17 Michelin Stars. Is the business as insane in your area of the world as it is in the states?

Yeah it is wild he’s had so many. I think he currently still has 8 of them which I amazing, last I checked he oporsted 90 restaurants! If you are interested in telly high level cookery you should look into Joël Robuchon who I think has held a total is 32 stars and is an MOF winner (Meilleur Ouvrier de France) which is an insane level of cooking competition and worth watching some documentaries on. I’m in North Queensland Australia and it is not as intense and competitive in my small city of 200,000 but in bigger cities such as Melbourne it can be absolutely insane. I would have loved to work in a city like NY or LA and from what I hear Austin is out of this world in regards to the industry.
