simple question, what is the "PIP" that the video mentions, and you say that your decision was related to it? Thanks in advance for your time

A PIP is a performance improvement plan. It’s something that happens when you aren’t hitting your numbers. Even thought I didn’t see this happening my mind made me think it would since I was doing very little work compared to when I first started. I wanted to take control of leaving instead of being let go even thought that wouldn’t have happened because I wouldn’t let it. But I got afraid since I got passed up on a promotion even though I said I was okay with it. I seemed to have lost my mojo for the company when they told me I was asking too many questions. Made me think I was making people uncomfortable as I can do that because I am curious about a lot of things and a lot of people don’t like to always talk about the things I want to talk about. So it was more a conflict of interest. Had the same thing in college and kind of forgot about it. Loved the company and would go back if I could. Also needed time to myself as I wasn’t in the best place well also being in a great place. I wanted to see what life was like without working and it’s fun. Well also boring because I don’t know what todo most days so I would walk and hike a lot.

@bendthemasses ah, In understand better now, the context. Thanks for the reply. Yes, in some companies ot some environments, some people don't tske it well when one starts to ask questionsn or challenge things, but it's not all the people though, many don't care if you do

@@raull8734 That is what I am seeing and why I may just start asking questions after question. Helps people get to the root of the issue or find a new way to over come a currant one to see the world in a new way.
