Solo GM The Disgraced on Prismatic Titan (No Consecration & No Exotic Class Item) [Destiny 2]

Just a video of a solo completion of the Grandmaster Nightfall The Ordeal this week in The Disgraced on Prismatic Titan, not using Consecration or the Exotic Class Item. Details below.
A lot of requests for a Titan run, so here's one to fill that in. I decided to not go for the usual Consecration build for a few reasons: One, after looting countless Titan Exotic Class Items, I haven't seen a single class item that has Synthoceps - let alone one with Syntho + Inmost Light or Cowl. Second, people have already been saying to not use Consecration or the class item, so this is both of those.
That being said, the Consecration build is undeniably one of the strongest in the game for Solo GM content. But much like any other prominent melee build that has been the meta over the years, they all essentially boil down to the exact same result: melt champions, hope enemies don't melt you - if they don't, you'll get a quick clear.
As for the build in this video, it's alright. It's mostly fun to be able to spam abilities and get prismatic up incredibly quickly. I wanted to use Cadmus Ridge Lancecap to add some extra ability spam, but it has some problems being able to use it here. If you use it on the Servitors, they end up flying across the map away from you, so they're unreliable to use at the start. For the ranged enemies standing ontop of things, it can stagger them off the side and out of line of sight. But in another GM, it'd be half decent.
Overall, it's a fun build, and very viable for this. While it's nothing compared to the Consceration build, it gets the job done. You could also probably use Outbreak and Indebted Kindness for some better results, but that's yet another thing people don't like to see, so I went for Graviton instead.

It seriously wastes a lot of time because its completely suboptimal , but a lot of Destiny 2 gamers love to be "original" like yea...you're riding a unicycle, cool hipster, but a regular bike is much better. Esoterrick is a PVE god and his run of this easy GM is 20 minutes...that's dog water, by his own admission he would state that, so imagine lesser gamers, this build is completely fail for them, they'd be even slower or fail to complete trying to emulate this.

I like the choice of Graviton Lance here. You mostly face Barrier Champions and it has both Vorpal Weapon to break the shields really fast and Turnabout to give you the overshield when you stun them

@@fynenfly12 I’m referring to the usual Titan consecration builds and Harzardous Propulsion builds. Titans really don’t have many true DPS options that force us to get into immediate death zone when compared to Hunter and Warlocks. His build is actually pretty good granted it’s more of survival and cheese build rather than DPS. Which I feel is the problem and perk with Titans. It forces us to become creative like this and find our own until Bungie buffs hunters again and nerfs us.

Very good video. It's an interesting build as it's essentially using Lancecap as an ersatz third Aspect. And thanks for doing the run with a build that doesn't have Consecration. I just don't get on well with slide melees so seeing Prismatic Titan buildcrafting be so focused around one has been frustrating.

Great run. There are so much build variety now that I spent the whole week trying different combination with 3 characters and I was able to reach the boss with my Prismatic Warlock (solo GM with 2006 power only). I feel like this season I'll finaly be able to solo a GM.

Prismatic titan isn’t bad, the player base just has gotten used to one playstyle. And that’s mostly on bungie. But i personally love prismatic titan and warlock over hunter for pve. I think this is a case of titans not having the most insane meta dps for once and they dk how to react lol

I used it where I could, it's just this strike doesn't give the best opportunities for it, as I mentioned in the description. If you use it on the Servitors, the stasis crystals send them flying across the map and out of line of sight, so I can't use it on them. If i use it on the champions on the ledges, it tends to push them off, also unreliable
