Hang in there brother! I went through a divorce way back in my mid 20's. Wasn't a big mess or anything. We just married too young and immature and didn't even know what we wanted out of life much less than each other. It worked out for the best but took some time to get over it. Keep up the videos and let's see some more of your camping and gear testing. Thanks!

Just want to let you know that I really appreciate your survival videos because they are focused on preparation for very real possibilities, mixed with recreational adventures. Living in So Cal And a former elementary school principal, I have spent many years preparing and replacing emergency stashes, including lockdown scenarios. Now I have added a few new products to my earthquake kit, and given some to my sons who I hope enjoyed camping with us and continue to do so with their kids. Thank you for the ideas. Regarding more trips like this.....yes please, but take care of yourself. That was a hike that should have had two hands. And coffee! May the joys of summer brighten your days, and may you feel the Lord’s presence near you always, comforting your heart and giving you strength during this difficult time. God Bless and Stay Safe.

Those happy little accidents (misstep in a stream) are why it’s important to field test. You showed us the importance of carrying extra socks. Life’s best lessons are learned, not taught.

Greenridge state forest has been one of my favorite places to camp in MD since I was a kid and my pet chihuahua got in a fight with a turkey out there. If you check out their sites 65 is pretty darn remote and has an AMAZING view of the river.

oh nice, thanks. Maybe next time I go.

Please make more of these videos! Also please tell us more about the drone you controlled that followed you hiking! 🙂

That was actually a 360 camera. Link in the description of the video.

Wow! I just read up on it. And here I thought it was a video drone following you with a remote in your hand! 😮

I like this vid especially the comments on mental cleansing. I use pregabilin to sleep -I have a back injury and that was used to take away the pain but had a side effect of sleeping NO side effects 🙂

Walking stick for your free hand - or on the base of the invisible selfie-stick - might have been a good idea. Stay safe as you work thru your major life change.

I really enjoyed this video, especially the selfie stick shots. I'd suggest either zooming out or using a different lense on your big camera, the shots were way too close. Some more scenic B-roll would be cool too, we want to see what you're seeing. Keep it up!

Thanks, yeah I need to use my wide angle lens next time.

I've been a long time Sub always giving a huge thumbs up but rarely comment due to the PC I use for video watching is wired through my Home Entertainment Center. This time I wanted to let you know I appreciate your host demeanor and sharing openly with us. I'm always in the background supporting but had to make it a point to thank you for the Hike and also the review on another video you did on the rope cams. much thanks, I had ordered a pair. Later Pal and Blessings to YA from Oregon. .. ps: If you take just a peek at my Ch. I promise it will bring many smiles. ... Mike.

Do you use wool socks with liners? Ive had soaking wet feet or even hiked in snow in mesh running shoes with some really thick wool socks and didnt know how wet my feet were. (Also wool socks keep your feet dry so if you(or someone you know) have smelly feet you can stop that from happening :)

Here in Brazil, almost no one takes the risk of camping like this because there is always the risk of being slaughtered by bandits and rapists.

I’ve been looking for a place to go hammock camping, what is the best spot at Green Ridge to do hammock camping?
@bugoutbrothers3 жыл бұрын
This was my first time there but you can either go to a designated camp site or just go camping in the woods there dnr.maryland.gov/forests/Pages/publiclands/Greenridge/Recreation-Camping.aspx

@@bugoutbrothers Thanks! But I prefer to camp in the woods! Thanks for discovering a place that’s local and I don’t have to go too far out 👍🏼
