That stretch looked more beautiful than all the others, especially those mountain villages. The omelette sandwiches are called "Bocadilla de Tortilla" - I lived on them when I went hiking in Spain !! Also the cold potato omelettes "Tortilla Espanol" which they had at all the cafes and bars 🙂

The villages were beautiful on this stretch, probably some of the nicest on the whole trail. The scenery heading towards Nuria and climbing the valley after was spectacular. It's a shame that on the descent down the other side, I didn't film because you could hardly see your hand in front of your face! I quickly realised the omelette sandwiches were a good thing after about my second bite! The one at the Refuge was particularly large and tasty!

Flipping heck mate. 23 miles on that one day...that was going some! Not surprised you were knackered! Absolutely stunning though mate, some great drone shots and some of those villages looked beautiful.

Haha, yeah, that was a long day! There was also a large storm that I was racing against at the end of the day. That was the main reason that I kept pushing on for Queralbs. Definitely some of my favourite villages in this section.
