Went camping with my son in Australia and had to go back to the house about six times .. we were laughing so hard by the end. Fortunately, in the car and only a mile from home. It was very funny!

Kenny, such a peaceful spot. No matter how difficult the trip can be it's still wonderful to be outdoors. The food looked really good. Quick thought on getting the fire going. In wet weather best to harvest a thicker tree. Wood will be more drier inside and split it many times. Thinner initial sticks burn better. I give you credit for that long walk back to the car. I enjoyed this trip. Thanks for sticking with it to film. God Bless

My papa taught me alot about tracks and what to look for and listen for and there's other tell all signs and I've always used his teachings when I'm out in the woods or da swamps, rather I'm hunting or fishing or even just camping I remember I'm a visitor in someone's home! I'm out there taking their food for myself, so always leave more than you take, respect life and remember there's a reason why God gave you the bigger brain so use it! Papa's words not mine but I live by them and so do my children.

My aunt used to live just north of Kellogg, if you live in northern Idaho, you probably know about where. When I was a child the best part of my summer was that week we spent at her house just watching the Snake rumble and gurgle it’s-way south across the highway. Went by there this summer on my east to Spokane. Beautiful place to see and experience, even when you become an oldster. Thanks again for your vids

The track you showed and the scat you showed are both from a domestic dog. Canine print without pronounced nails means groomed nails. Light brown and runny scat means grains and fillers in commercial dog food. Wolf and Coyote scat would be very dark with hair and bone in it, and not runny or loose unless animal was sick. Cat tracks are more oval and canine tracks have a distinct diamond shape.

Just a thought. You could bring along one of those kinetic fans that are small and sit on top of the wood stove. That way you know the heat would circulate in the tent. You may have one at home for your home stove. But you can get them for the small stoves as well.

I went backpacking in Maine a few weeks ago breaking trail with snowshoes which are a bit new to me. Amazing how the flip flop aspect can really change some simple maneuvers into a difficult challenge. I did the same thing and used the same method to get up. Good job and nice footage, bonus points for showing us.

I have had some weird ones that jumped around at random and seemingly not related to anything else in the dream, and that made things even more weir!! Too bad you forgot some stuff and had to make a trip back to your truck. Aren't you afraid of leaving your truck like you did? I'd be afraid something would happen to my truck, like someone running into it in the snow, or try to steal it or vandalize it. God has taken care of you and your vehicle is all I can say!! This adventure was recorded a few days before my four-month stay at several clinics... severe lung diseases and an abscess in my right foot which made a surgery necessary... So it’s nice to watch it after such a long time. And the coffee, I guess Folgers Nasty, is good?😉 I too would like to do such a trip... maybe in the future. I know I shouldn't laugh at the fall but keepin it real? I did. A Lot. It just happened to me with the kids at school on the playground. I had the hardest time getting myself back up. It's amazing. I'm sitting in front of my computer in Poland, I want to break away from my daily routine, I'm watching movies from a winter camping in Idaho and suddenly a hellena soda and a gingerbread bar :) I assure you that original Polish food is much better :) Great video!

Beautiful video. The photography was gorgeous - especially at 43:27- 44:54. I could just feel the exhaustion and hard work you were doing in that heavy wet snow, especially with those snowshoes. That gave you a REAL workout - I don't think I could have done it. Great trip and VERY enjoyable. Thank you for your efforts and the video.

This video was fun. Despite your rough start, it still looked like you enjoyed yourself. Your tacos looked delicious. That subscription snackbox looked interesting. I've seen ads for a number of different snackbox companies. I think I'm most interested in Tokyo Treat because they have all the different flavors of Kit Kats that are only available in Japan.
