Are the dance steps unisex or rather the female form? Are there any significant differences between the dance styles of men and women? PS: I love the way you dance.

I came across your video like 5 months ago and attempted to do the moves, but I recall having difficulty with some of them. However, after spending months studying other things, I've noticed that the move (kicking the leg out) that I have been using a lot when I do improv. is from this video, though I forgot that. So, thank youu ♥ can I ask something though? Why do you finish at the 7, is it perhaps because this particular move finishes at 7.

Thank you for sharing! That's a nice story. How our subconscious can do things for us :) Due to your question - I finish this break on 7 just because it felt right to me, but you can make some modifications and finish it later or sooner. 7 is a good count to finish something you're doing and then have a little pause before continue your dance again. Hope it helped.

I have mild knee pain. Will solo jazz hurt it. Which will be easy on knees , jazz or waltz.

Try and be gentle with yourself. If you cannot, neither Solo Jazz nor Waltz it's good for you then.
