poison is good except for the boss i think its on 130 floor, the fire dino, it has poison resistance

Its from the plague mask 2nd enchant. Actually its OP if used on hover. Each hit will scatter the poison stack.

You need to clear all dungeon shards. Dungeon shards with exclamation mark(!) Is not yet done.

You need more damage. Enemies def is higher on your att. Try using elements elementals or switch to finger staff
