Kinda yes, but it gets boring after a few times, he grows op after every dungeon/bosses he conquers, gains new abilities, that keeps on repeating. The only thing to expect out of this series is epic fighting scenes, the manhwa had some of the coolest moments drawn to perfection. If you're more of a shounen fan, then this anime will get you hyped up. I'm also hoping that they announce an anime adaptation for The Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint, it has a very good plot along with very cool fight scenes like Solo Leveling.

@@vorcent_jax Nah, he's the chosen one. As it was said in the first episode, no one gets to raise their levels, it's predetermined, Sung Jinwoo is the exception. I think by S3 or maybe S4, you'll get to know more about the origin of the gates and also the evil god (the creepy statue who smiles). Since I read it a very long time ago, I can't give you a proper summary of the exact order of the occurrence of events that will take place.
