i use first passive on all gear

if you're running 5.2 i would recommend using hunter hood instead of fiend cowl

before and after the build is still good other meta builds also got nerfed and the nerf to dual swords wasn't as bad as it was supposed to be.

dual swords, mercenary jacket, fiend cowl, any boots that heal, undead cape. Next build is clarent blade, hellion jacket,cultist cowl, undead cape, any boots that heal, facebreaker offhand, 3rd build is deathgivers, mercenary jacket, stalker hood, scholar sandals, undead cape. 4th build is carving sword, jacket of tenacity, helmet of valor, any boots that heal and undead cape,

albion has a hitbox issue,. search for a vid about hitboxes on league of legends. its similar on how albion works
