Solo Moto Camping - Days 3 & 4 - Six Day Solo Camping Adventure to Albany Western Australia - DR650

Days 3 and 4 of my Six Day Solo motorcycle camping adventure riding trip on my Suzuki DR650 to Albany on the Western Australian Southern Coast.
Day 3 starts off in Kendenup with me heading to Albany for a new rear Dunlop D606 tyre, then almost killing myself climbing to the Castle Rock, Granite Skywalk in the Perongerup's. Then back to Kendenup because, frankly, I just wanted to collapse at the closest campsite I could find.
Day 4 had me tearing through the Mt Roe National Park on my way to the most beautiful Monastery Landing near Walpole, then head back up towards timber country to finally camp in Northcliff for the night.

You should try Devils Slide next time you are in Porongurup, its a bit worse / steeper than Castle Rock. Nancy's Peak is a bit more relaxed, albeit longer trek..... afterwards you can head to the Karri-on bar around the corner and next to the caravan park.

Frankland River is close to Kendenup, l ride a DR650 can show you some awesome camp/rides

Gidday, glad you like the videos. I don't have any maps for my trips besides some rough outs I do on Google maps before I leave on my pc which I then send to my phone. But Google maps isnt 100% reliable with what roads are open so there's always an element of nose following.

Hahaha no problem. "to follow your nose" means just go whatever direction you feel like going or think you should go. So when I say there was an element of nose following, I meant that I used Google maps to point me in the general direction but I didn't rely on it all the time and I also "followed my nose" a few times. What country are you in and what country are you from?
