You say "silent", but the sound effects are the very story and dialogue. The sound of material and zips. Sizzling sausages, the drip of water are at the very height of professional sound recording and editing. Brilliant.

Hey Matt, Customer from USA, always appreciate your videos, and love your “stuff”. I have to say I chuckled a bit when you set up your garage first and your tent second. My wife (who rides, and also has a T120 (Black)) have crossed the US many times and we always “water the horses” first before we settle ourselves in. For us though, it was waterproof bike covers. . .but the tent, which I see you are using for you also. . .is a great idea. Well done as usual.

Tus videos inspiran paz y vida.

Been a while since I've checked in, but I still love what you do mate. Must be a massive faff on one hand, but the whole point, I'm sure, is to enjoy the ritual of preparation and execution and who could not enjoy the rides and locations. Much admiration from me, because I know that, on top of all that camping gear etc, you also have video and sound equipment and all *that* faff too! Hehe. Seriously looking at joining you on a tour. Hope all your ventures and rides go well this year and onward. I've said it before, I know, but seriously, Triumph need to get you on board with advertising and marketing ;)

Thanks mate, good to hear from you again, hope all is well with you. I can’t lie, there is a huge amount of faff involved, but I’ve cone to understand the equation that more faff = better video. Faff is the way 😁

@@ClassicRides It definitely pays off and I appreciate the effort! It fits the whole 'classic' bike thing to go through so much rigmarole. Anyone who can polish individual wheel spokes can surely also pack an oil lamp, chopping board, tent for the bike as well as your self, etc, etc, etc! Hehe. Imagine if you had a 'real' classic bike?.... I rode a 1950s Ariel Huntmaster for a while... Add trying to keep it on road to carrying camping gear and I think I maybe got close to the extra faff of videography stuff too? Maybe...

@@ClassicRides Also made me grin to get a reply while I was still watching vids this evening! I will be one of those people that can say "I used to get personal replies from Matt before his channel really took off!" Crossing my fingers for you, anyway, that you one get so successful that you have people to reply for you! Well kinda. You know what I mean!

@@Disposalist I’ve had enough scraped knuckles trying to maintain the classic cars I used to own, much prefer having all the style but with modern reliability 😁

@@Disposalist don’t imagine I’ll get that big on KZbin 😁, even if I did I’ll always do my best to reply to people. I always think it’s a poor effort to not reply to people who’ve made the effort to write something. I’ve been blanked quite a few times from some of the bigger motorcycle channels and bugged me every time 😁

Came back round again to watch it from the start and it's another beautifully shot classic. I love the Tilly lamp, and THAT camping table, where did you find it? You do realise that you're rapidly regressing to the 1960's, the Bonnie is going to start leaving puddles of oil on the shed floor next. Another great one Matt, thank you.

It sounds like it's about to start leaving oil everywhere at the moment, think it's in need of a bit of TLC after this past winter. The table's just from Amazon, thought it would pack down smaller actually, but quite happy with it; and you can't go wrong with a proper hurricane lamp to give you the sense of really camping.
