One thing I love about your videos, is learning how to survive in the snow. This is something I have no experience with. I have survived in the desert, the beach and the mountains when it isn't snowing. After all, I grew up in California, and when I was in my teens, wilderness survival was my "hobby". I learned how to build traps, eatable plants and making bows and arrows. Learned how to make fire and build shelters. However I am always learning new tricks. Thanks for teaching me new tricks.

Hi. Thanks, great fun watching you survive, thrive, and be alive. Smoke will be attracted to solid objects, so building a simple wall of sticks, bigger wood, even boughs will direct it away from you and your shelter. It’s worth the effort, as you can collect it with your fire wood or bedding, or dome shelter. Stay good

Setting here at home watching yalls videos makes me realize how much im missing and just how much I love the outdoors expecially with a good friend. Life sometimes gives us roller coasters but really getting back to your roots that are instilled into you heart and soul and like its just your natural deminer in life. What I would say to anyone during irregularity in life such as straying from your path, just hold on hold on to the things that mean the most and one day you may find that path in life again.. To me just seeting here at home is some what of a survival but it's not my path. What you guys do is my love in life and that will always be my true path. The outdoors is just amazing and living in the outdoors im sure would be a great challenge, somehow I feel like meeting in the middle is the best path for us all. With the things we love and are bedded inside us to the modern convences and modern day ways. The rite path is the loved path and also the best path. You guys are amazing in the things yall do; and I'm a fan and very thankful to be able to learn from and watch yalls videos. Expecially since I have no way here to live my life at this point the way I'd actually like to. Just amazing to watch it, y'all bring people in a since to there roots the things they love in just watching and living the adventures through yall. I've learned a few things from watches you guys also, the best thing I believe is makung and setting snares. So thank yall for the adventures and knowledge and getting me to realize where I should be in life besides in this modern day struggle. Got to get back to my roots soon! Amen

You guys must have had some awesome parents. Both of you seem to be well-rounded. Awesome shelter. As cold natured as I am I think I could have handled it in that shelter. I know that leaning a log onto a tree is an invitation for squirrels...maybe lay on up on both trees would be an invite. I attempted snaring squirrels on leaning logs but was never successful. I think I was making my loops to big or something. They would always be tripped but the loop bitten off. We never used bait....it seems the leaning log was all the invitation they needed. Love your videos.

Jesus Christ loves you so much and He will save us from our sins if we put our faith and trust in Him! because we all sinned and fell short of Gods perfect glory (romans 3:23) and the wages of sin is eternal death! (romans 6:23) but the gift of God is this john 3:16-21 "for God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him. whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe stands condemned already because they have not believed in the name of God's one and only Son. this is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that their deeds will be exposes. but whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God." and romans 10:9-13 "if you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord" and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. for it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. as scripture says, "anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame. "for there is no difference between Jew and Gentile - the same Lord is Lord of all and richly blesses all who call on Him, for, "everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved." so God is coming at a time we least expect, and if we put our faith and trust in Him He will gift us His grace and clothe us with the righteousness of His blood (but of course death could not hold Him, He is risen!) and we will have eternal life in His kingdom where there will be there will be no more death, or sorrow, or crying. there will be no more pain, for the former things have passed away. because He loves you so much! (romans 5:6-8) but if we deny and reject Him and don't repent from our sins to follow God, then we will have our part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death. because no liar, no thief, no blasphemer (using Gods name in vain as a cuss word to express anger or disgust) and no adulterer (Jesus Christ says in matthew 5 that anyone who just looks at someone to lust for they’re an adultery at heart) will enter the kingdom of heaven. so hear these words, repent and believe the gospel! accept Jesus Christ and confess your sins to Him so that He will forgive you and give you a life with truth and real love and joy and peace that this world can never give you or fulfill in you you! and the love and joy and peace that He will give you will never fade away or perish. this is all if you haven't done this yet and Jesus Christ hasn't saved you yet, also when you have time please you should watch this channel here on youtube called "Christ forgiveness ministries" and hear what they have to say, glory to God. God bless you! 🙌👑💟

@@Saulman1984 well thank you for being honest and kind! but you don’t really have to believe in organized religions my friend, you have to believe in Jesus Christ because He says in john 14:6 “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” now i think you probably read the whole comment, but if not i mentioned a youtube channel at the end that you should definitely check out sometime soon my friend! because we’re not promised another 30 minutes, so many people die everyday and we have no idea when we’re going to die! and if you die without Jesus Christ you’re going to be judged for your sins and have to pay the price of hell yourself, but if you die with Jesus Christ, well He says in john 11 “Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life.
