Epic primitive survival challenge with my wife! Click here magicspoon.com... to get $5 off Magic Spoon’s deliciously healthy cereal, happiness guaranteed!
Gloves were supplied by Princess Auto: Princess Auto: www.princessau...
We use only materials we find in the woods alongside primitive tools build by Jay Valente from Vision Quest and Ray from Riverbend Longbows.
Jay (stone knife, axe, arrows, arrow points) - Vision Quest: / @wildernessquestoutdoors
Ray (bows, quivers, bearing block) - Riverbend Lonbows: / riverbend_longbows
The objective is to get food, water and shelter in this No food, No Water, No Shelter survival challenge. I am joined by my wife, Courtney, whom I put to the ultimate survival challenge. We use a stone knife, stone axe, shards from flint knaping, and my bare hands to hand catch a trout out of the stream.

2 days after they left, a couple dudes out hiking around exploring, found the shelter and took many pictures of it and were absolutely positive that they had found a Sasquatch shelter. They told their story to one of the You Tube Bigfoot channels, and embellished the experience by saying that they had been feeling like something was watching them for quite a while before they found the shelter, several times hearing what sounded like something large moving around in the deeper part of the forest a couple hundred feet away, they stated that they never actually saw what it was but could tell it was bi-pedal and that it was roughly paralleling their movements. Once they found the shelter they heard what sounded like large branches being broke off over on one side of them and possibly a wood knock coming from a few hundred yards behind the shelter. Feeling freaked out but excited at finding the shelter they were not going to leave without taking pictures with their phones, they looked for tracks and didnt find any but they could identify areas in which something large had been walking around in the area including a spot by the Creek where the creature had apparently sprawled out to get a drink and possibly dug around the bank and Creek bottom for fish or clams or crayfish, while doing all this only took approximately 20 minutes they became more and more frightened because the branch breaking had become more frequent and sounded like it was getting closer. Then at one point coming from behind the shelter maybe 50 yards they heard a scream/growl that was unlike either of them had ever heard before and it scared them so badly that they immediately sprinted back to their truck about a half mile away without stop, one of them admitting to peeing his pants. So give another round of thank yous to the beards man, for thanks to his shelter and the imaginations of the 2 dudes who found it, another You Tuber had an interesting "eye witness encounter" video on his channel that was over 30 minutes long. Thank you beardsman, for you provided much entertainment tonight for many people on 2 different channels, and now these 2 dudes are going to write a book about their harrowing experience!! I think you should contact them about possible royalties??

Courtney's mom joke pointing at you being the only "modern tool" in the challenge, lol. Also Chris, let her know that when it comes to survival she is always outside the box. So thinking outside of the survivalist box for her is a natural thing. Let her down gently lol. Also for what its worth, mosquito bites on a bare butt suck!

@@TheWoodedBeardsman yea me and my girl thought it would be wise to "have some fun" in the middle of a field one night while leaning over my car. Never again, I had bites from the bottom of my t-shirt to where my jeans were, which just so happened to be at my knees. We both got slammed, but it was great "fun".
