Its easier with 2 accounts, host give to guest, save and quit guest, reload guest, give back to host, dashbord quit the guest account, rinse and repeat

I don't know if it's just me but this is the only a video on KZbin that plays for 5 seconds and then has a loading Circle that never goes away. I cannot watch this no matter what I do every other video I click on work and then I go back to this one to try it again and it still keeps doing it from yesterday. Kind of weird. the only time it's ever somewhat worked as I skipped the head towards the end and I seen the small part before it's they're doing it again

1 year late but, he writes down step by step method in description, hope it helps. simply load your game, go to concordia, save n quit, upload char via cross save, the continue your game and put items into custom locker, save n quit, after that download char via cross save -choose overwrite-, continue game, profit.

When I saw it correctly with the 2 controller method you can duplicate weapons and money, right? With the method shown in this video you can only duplicate weapons...

Do you mean the customs locker? Or are you actually going to your bank safe? It won't work with the bank, only with that customs locker. I'll have to go on and test it out again.
