This is such a sick run. Loved the water strikes on the flying claw attacks. I get why strength hammer is weaker than courage rn but what makes it worse in comparison to other weapons do you think?

Average damage and huge downtime mainly. Even taking into account KOs, simply put Strength Hammer does not deal enough damage for how much commitment there is in its moveset.

Very nice run! I'm curious. I remember you didn't include Scorned Magna's hammer in your TU4 meta video, but it has been featured in several of your runs during the last couple of weeks. So... is it actually good? I've seen some discussions about it's viability compared to other raw options like Kamura's or Tigrex's, and some people saying that even with BuB it wasn't as strong.

My TU4 video came out in less than a week after the update came out. I didn't have time to test out absolutely everything since I do all of this work by myself. Scorned's Hammer is good but it needs really good augments to get going which is what's annoying and why i couldn't get info on it out that fast.

Hoping we get some strength buffs in TU5, though I wont hold my breath. At the very least Id love a buff to big bang combo, it really needs it. As much as Sunbreak made hammer something actually fun to play, we still got a few things holding us back. Still gonna stay a strength bro either way, haha

@@Kisuzume Oh I see, well for one I'm not using any mods, so this is just the ingame makeups. Grey eyeshadow, little bit of pink cheek makeup and purplish lipstick.

So now I see why Strength hammer is failing. Almost 7 minutes for a Lv220 Silver Rathalos, while most other Lv220 monsters take you around 5 minutes. While you sometimes even miss the bigger chunks of damage in those 5 minute runs, while this run was almost perfect as that brainfart might have costed you 15 seconds maximum. Man I hope that new Inspiration jewel gives us some non-elemental or raw boost to help our most loved playstyle.

Take into account the fact that I didn't use buddies. This could've been a solid sub 6 with them for sure, but I wanted to do it this way for the challenge
