I have a soft spot for afflicted Garangolm, it was the first afflicted monster that I legit struggled with for a while before the updates skyrocketed us all to absurd strengths, Also it has I think the first of few unique blood burst and that was super cool to see (and die to).

Great run bro! Congratz on sub 5! tho Qs2 is better than 3 for sacred due to more counter window? Or the different is so small that it's better to spend on sth else?

A matter of preference. I like QS 2 more for the longer counter window but there are a very few matchups where I like using QS 3. I'm posting a video of one of said matchups this week

Can someone explain why they sometimes don’t wait till the blue gage is filled all the way before using the sacred sheath combo? Wouldn’t it be better dps to wait?

Its better to lose that 10% dmg on second strike than risking your 3rd strike bc monster can dodge

There are times I wait and others I don't. It depends on if I have time to wait or not. Its okay to lose a little bit of damage on the first and second strikes if I can land my combo sooner.
