Yes good idea. Bacon flavours the food as well. Iv tried bacon in maccaroni and cheese with fried onions and tomatoes to top it.

Breakfast idea: Framed eggs Cut a circular hole in a piece of bread, put it on the hot pan, crack an egg in the middle, and cook both sides. Cheese and whatever toppings you want. Enjoy 🤙

I really enjoy watching your videos. It is really nice where your at. I really wished when I was younger, I’d would have went camping like this. I really believe I would have enjoyed it. We did have a pop up camper which was nice….but this looks like more fun. You can go to a lot of places a camper can’t. Beautiful country…I love watching you and Tony. So an interesting place to camp, are you on a hill somewhere & I guess you are in New Zealand, a beautiful place to be & familiar sights are the trimmed Pine trees in the back ground. Wow Peacocks love their sounds but prefer NZ Fantails, Black Birds, Tui, Bell birds etc. That background sounds of the wind the twittering of a certain bird sound reminds me of my child hood in NZ many years ago - Gorgeous, lovely - quite loud & so pleasant & easy on the ear. Love the video travel well n safely cheers

Yes auckland new zealand and location is on the kaipara coast. Yes the peacocks were quite talkative during my stay as always. The pines were trimmed for tractors to get down the hill. Cheers

Awesome to come home and watch a really enjoyable new video after a 7 day family trip to a DoC camp here in the South, so hot and then it got really cold, heavy rain and a lot of gear to dry out - maybe I should have done my own video🤣

Air bed will be more comfortable but the thing is they are two heavy for a hiker or someone like me to carry. The sleeping pads I use are super lightweight and small
