Corey, I really enjoy watching you and Tony and of course Bruce. I’m a 75 year old grandmother, who loves to go with you guys. You all have great personalities and I love all the rain you guys get into. I could listen to you talk for hours. Tony did get a message out about having covid. I don’t know if you said anything to him, but thank you if you did. I was very worried about him. I really miss you guys when I don’t see you every week. If it rains, I’m going to be one very happy grandma. I like the look of your tent, I hope it don’t leak. This should be really enjoyable. Thanks I really appreciate going along with you. Maybe you guys should bring an extra tarp to throw over your tent when it leaks. I wouldn’t want to set that all up and end up getting wet.

With so much bad news lately, I needed some decompression. The wife asked what’s tonight’s entertainment? CWEST in the rain I said. I’ve been eyeballing an Opalus tent for awhile now. Like your table & chair too. May have to add those to the kit. Rarely rains in the desert here in Yuma. I do miss that and appreciate you sharing your outings. Hope you enjoyed your birthday! I'm so used to their hot tents like the smoky hut and Iron Wall where it's peg out, single pole in the middle, wam bam Bob's your uncle. This seems like a headache but also seems to be a solid good tent as well. I'm just lazy lol. Good video mate.

I actually own this tent myself, and it went through a pretty heavy rainstorm a few months ago without any leaks or issues. The key is actually to keep the windows side completely closed during the storm, make sure the rain flaps are flush to each other, and put the zipper pulls all the way through the drain hole that's on lower part of the vertical rain flap on the right hand side. If you have to absolutely get in and out, use the vestibule side so that you have some overhang. It's admittedly a weird design and there's a learning curve to using it in the rain, but for one person it will do the job and is a pretty handy tent for the price.

Happy Birthday Corey. Hope it was a good one. That tent looked like a big fail. They put the doors on inside out and like you showed us it was leaking as well. Glad you didn't sleep in a pool of water. It looks like it was designed to allow the weather (rain-snow) access right in through the doors. Not a 3 season tent I would want. Thanks for your review. If it was under your tarp,it shouldn't have leaked. It looks like it was made different than most one Tigris tents. I think you got gyped . I would take it back to them. Thanks for the video. Most of the tent was exposed to the weather but it still shouldn't have leaked with a 3000mm rating. Disappointing. Thabks for your comment 🙂

They want me to wait for the next storm, sit in the tent and film it leaking. You've already got that with this video so hopefully it works for you.

Well I set my tent up again as we had rain coming and it also leaked. I contacted one tigris for a refund and they refused. They want me to set the tent up again the next time it rains so that I can film the tent leaking and then send them the video.. What an absolutely garbage company.
