Just a thought, you can buy an oval stock tank at the farm supply store. They are made of heavy-duty plastic or metal. They make great bath tubs for outdoors. Search for ideas to DIY hot tub for the metal one. It might be less than the cost of one night at the air B&B. 🤗💖🐕🌿

A❤I've had multiple health problems this last 30 days. I had a severe bout of pancreatic, was in the hospital for a week, then last Monday I had my gallbladder removed. I've lost 16# with this and in a few weeks I will have the removal of an adrenal gland. But with all this I am so grateful for friends and family showing such love. And gratitude to God for bringing me through it. You are such an inspiration and a lovely young woman. I am 76

We know you are a lovely person and your art is a gift. I try and read as many of the comments as I can because everyone sounds so lovely but it's hard. You are so genuine. I know social media can be used for negative things, we have seen this in the uk recently, but you and Charlie bring the balance by spreading love, joy and positivity. Kate you are an inspiration to so many and Charlie always brings a smile to my face. You made the right decision to not state at the so cute place due to the mold and I pray they will be kind and refund your money. Your garden with the lights and your own fire pit was perfect and provided a restful and beautiful place to relax. Sometimes things happen for a reason and your being grateful for your home is a plus in your life. Your flowers are lovely and your meal looked delish too. It’s been so long since I’ve done any art and I need to get back to it. After my mother passed end of Feb and my brother diagnosed with a rare form of cancer that required strong laser radiation I just haven’t had the energy for much. Per my doctor I’m seeing a mental health specialist and just had my second visit. Your struggle with heath and depression at times helped me too as I also struggle and all that has happed has made life a bit more complex in the emotions department. Thank you for sharing your ups and downs and your positive outlook. It helps a lot; I will get passed it too but at the moment it’s draining ❤ Have a blessed weekend .🤗😘🙏

Watching Charlie jog along is so delightful. Sorry about the disappointment of the AB&B, reminds me of when I was flying to Maine to spend a week by the sea when my VRBO was cancelled. Try to fund anywhere else to stay seaside on July 4. I almost cancelled but I spent a lot on the plane ticket. The night before I was leaving with nowhere to stay, a brand new coastal Maine listing popped up and I reserved it, having no clue where the town was. I landed and then drive 8 hours in a rental car to this amazing converted harbor warehouse on the ocean where I spent a fabulous week alone, right across the bay from Canada. It was awesome. You certainly filmed some great scenery so the cancellation wasn't a total loss. Nice song, thanks for the link.❤

I envy you all the rain; I’m struggling with my garden here in New Mexico due to a recent hot weather/dry spell. We are normally in monsoon time here. However, your video reminded me of being resourceful with what is given to you. It is cooling down and discovered that an ashes pail makes a great temporary fire pit! Perhaps a drop down leaf table for the living room. Just clunky when you are painting/crafting. My mom had a small rectangle table that had two half circle fold up leafs. You can use both sides or just one. You should find one at a thrift store easily.

Also the fairy lights around the outside and garden are beautiful....So bad that the Airbnb didn't work out...BUT no one wants to be exposed to mold! Maybe another time you will find just the right spot. Time with your special friend was special. Little Charley is so attentive and sweet....your little travel pal. I'm not sure what your health issue is, but it is always good to get several opinions. Keep positive and find joy....

Hi there! Just offering a little tip about mold prevention. We live in a tiny house (2 adults, 2 kids) and we use a dehumidifier to prevent mold. They aren't too expensive (you can even find them used on Marketplace) and they work great.

I was born in Troy ny…lived in Clifton park…then schnectady…until age 3. Then moved to nyc but I spent every summer in Schenectady with my paternal grandmothers farm…when I see your plants and trees…I remember all of those beautiful summers. Kate, Your “fail” was fuel for an Exquisite Vlog!! An archway of dragonflies could never be surpassed by anyone else’s BNB - no matter how sweet. A concept for your consideration: The body is the last place to register an energetic imbalance. But it is one of the first sites we can actually treat with measurable success. By way of personal experience, years ago I addressed and eradicated a chronic case of Candida fungal infection that had plagued me my entire adult life. I may have been about 43 when I said “Enough is enough.” While reading copious numbers of “Cookbooks” and “Raw Food” treatises, I embarked on a total physical reset. RAW FOOD ONLY (NO processed condiments, creamers, soy, whey protein, breads, pastas, or dairy. Green apples were the only fruit allowed. NO SUGAR - not even Honey, or sugar substitutes, or fructose, no Corn, no alcohol, NO SEED OILS. Olive oily only. This is a difficult diet to maintain (and I continued it for too long - at 4 months my hair was thinning). BUT, OH, WHAT A CLEANSE AND RESET I RECEIVED. 20 years later the Candida has never returned. If I were to do it over again, I would still eat COOKED EGGS to maintain my protein level while following this strict regime. Other than that, the elimination of anything and everything MANUFACTURED by someone else (Even Trader Joe’s ☹) made a HUGE difference in my physical health. I know that diets this extreme are recommended for reducing and eliminating tumors or growths, as well. Oh - PS, the biggest problem with eating out at from ANY salad bar is that the restaurants CONSISTENTLY use SEED OILS, as they are the cheapest. Consuming these oils is POISON to the body. You clearly create wonderful fresh foods from your garden and understand the importance of fresh ingredients. My advice (albeit unsolicited) is to not only eat Fresh but to REMOVE ALL PROCESSED PRODUCTS from your diet - in anticipation of this intent and action ACTUALLY TURNING YOUR HEALTH CONDITION AROUND COMPLETELY . Forgive my intrusion - just know there ARE “less invasive means” of healing FOR EVERYTHING. 🥰💚💎, -V

I’m sorry for the down part of your week but you are right to be grateful for all you have. Your flowers and yard looked lovely. I like the dragonfly lights. So sorry the air B&B didn’t work out. It sounded like it was nice. Your flowers really are pretty. My green beans got eaten by bunnies but we had a lot of tomatoes. I’ve never tried growing lettuce maybe next year 💕
