We do not advise to sleep in SPF furthermore SPF must be reapplied regularly throughout the day for maximum effectiveness. I will be addressing these points in my videos ❤

Your Arabic pronunciation is good Flora. As someone who is relearning French (spoke fluently as a child), I can relate to the hesitancy around native speakers. I am planning to bring Mom to al-maghrib in 2024, insha'Allah, so will definitely check the hotel you stayed in.

hi spf typically wears off after 2 or so hours so you do need to reapply in the morning.

Tbh you just never know, I’ve learnt to accept it as is. I live and reside in the Uk but every time I get pull over when I travel alone, I guess it’s odd for officers to see me travelling on my own haha
