Alone ?? You crossed the stream and slipped a little, If you had a H^^^^^^ ^^^^f you would be more stable. Lovely country, print map at home and buy a compass. Buy thermals for camping there are three types light/medium/ECW being cold is not fun trip. Take care.

Hiking poles are next on my list for being more stable 🙌 too many rivers with too much stuff 😂 I had bought it on OS maps on my phone but forgot to download it 😂

@@Wanderwithvickers Phones die/break/or loose things. Paper in plastic bag lasts can be kept for next trip or were I went. Get a good English walking STAFF , as tall as your chin. One is none and 2 are 1. 1/2 a pound can make for fun, where not having is a miserable day.

@@Wanderwithvickers Gandalf didn't get hypothermic from falling in a creek, If you temperature goes to 96 you will not be thinking straight at 94 you will be in bad way. Map and compass if you have to go in fog or at night. Think the worst , plan for it and won't be bad. Us crazy one's carry emergency for everything.

@@Wanderwithvickers A walking STAFF is good for water depth, reach partner to steady them or going down hill ( Go to a higher than a step and use it to get down ) So didn't down load map, nice grave marker for being not ready. A map is what price, a copy off printer ? Compass costs ??? Here is a trail called shark valley in glades and it's in a circle and you can't walk off of it but I have a map. ( shark valley )
