Great video. I bought a sheep skin "just in case" a year back. I have not used it in the field but they really are natures way of saying "no heat will pass through here"

I think the thing that I'm most jealous of is the use of the land. Being able to camp, light fires and just do your thing is a very rare commodity in the UK. Good on you

I used my Defence 4 sleeping bag at -10 no fire 🔥 or stove. Excellent kit. Not had the Lavvu out in ages. Great Video

Same here.The best scenario is a wooded area backing to a beach.Food supply if you get lucky with the angling plus shelter from the sea breezes and that all important firewood.Found a suitable locale nearby on the Isle of Wight which ticks all these boxes thankfully.Just knowing you could survive in a shtf scenario is incredibly empowering.

Really great watch did a test of my stove in my lavvu still need to get a detector still so no hot lavvu camping where can we get the primal nomad sausages lol and the @thesteakdetective hot chocolate really good with milk and air cream that's for sure

Hello, I have also seen your deer hunting in Scotland and think that's some good skills but never heard the word for gutting a dear in the field- the word for plucking the lungs and kidneys and liver is a butcher's word.
