Jesus that was wild - love the herta version I have been hearing that for a long time but didn't understand this was the sticking - it sounds entirely different when you flick off to the cymbal. Hooray! dragon slayed!

damm the rimtap stuff sounds SO cool. you could do that on snare too imo just turn the snares off.

Absolutely, that's a great way to imitate the sound if you're at a drumkit.
