As great as these guys are in technique, speed, dexterity, and the ability to play a myriad of drums, I am still am more amazed and entertained watching Buddy Rich do a solo.

Well they do take a different approach. And it took me a minute, but the melodies that Terry was going for got me a little. It took me a bit, but I heard em. He did have his work cut out for him given what he was trying to do, though; the tones didn't really seem to hit the way they should've, and were too short and thin, I think. Chad did awesome with the polyrhythms imo. He went ham there. Sounded like a whole jungle.
