The best part of the seafood bowls were the ikura and crab. And what was that green leaf in the tempura? Never had anything like that. Love food tours but don't think I could eat as much as you! Thnaks for another appetizing tour.

Yes, you're right. In western societies it's quite normal to care for your mental just as for your physical health. It has become normal to talk with your family, friends, coworkers or even your boss about mental health issues. (Your company needs healthy and productive workers so it should be interested in caring for you) I heard that this seems to be a bit difficult in Japan.
