The Suica card is a type of rechargeable transport card that can be used all over Japan. Trains, buses, vending machines, coin lockers and convenience stores - these are just some of the ways you can use this IC card. Currently, a worldwide shortage in chips has reduced the supply of new physical Suica cards but you can still get them at some locations. In this video we cover where and how to purchase Suica cards, digital cards in the Apple Wallet and the tourist cards Welcome Suica and Pasmo Passport.
