How to fix unfortunately system UI has stopped in android.
1…phone off
2…volume up + power on button
3…boot menu open then click “ wipe data/factory reset”
3…delete all user data
4…click on reboot system now..
5…phone working..
for some time your phone working good but if have problem fully resolved go to service center.

I have a BLU Advance 4.0 that froze overnight and starting popping up the same message. I did the exact same process, twice, as shown here before I watched this video. HOWEVER there is only one problem... it didn't fix it!!! It would let me begin the startup process, attach to Wi-Fi and even access Facebook before the problem resurfaced. The top menu bar, showing the batter level, cell and Wi-Fi signal strengths and the time, "the pull down bar" was gone and icons would not work or load apps once the "systemui" error returns. So, to me, this video proves nothing!

simple solution with AT&T Samsung galaxy 3. Go to settings. Then go to More. Now go to Application manager. Now scroll through your apps and find Google App. Now tap on uninstall updates and follow the prompts. Make sure to turn off the update too .All fixed. Good luck.

dan hodgetts From reading other posts recently added here, uninstalling the Google app could be the solution. You need to go to App Management, Find the Google app, and either uninstall the whole app, or uninstall just the recent updates, as its the most recent update which is causing this problem. If you just uninstall the Google app updates, make sure you untick the box for receiving notifications, so you won't be prompted to download future updates. And you would also need to go to the Play Store, and under the Google app, select 'Do not auto-update'. You could also disable the app as well, if you don't intend to use it, that would be better for the security of your phone, as it's not recommended to have unupdated apps operating on your phone.
