SOLVED! 2007 BMW 328i Oil Filter Housing Gasket & Aluminum Bolts Replacement

found a slight leak of mixture coolant and oil residue exiting the swollen gasket so was time to replace using the following tools:
B32345 Gasket by Mahle
1/4 Drive long ratchet
8mm Socket
8mm Wrench/Ratcheting
E10 Socket - 1/4 drive
T20 Torx (to remove air dam)
Aluminum Safe Scrubby
90° Pick tool
Brake clean can
3/8 flat head screwdriver 🪛
Catch pan for coolant
Gallon of coolant BMW certified
