SOLVED: Docker Stuck in Starting Mode

In this video, we're looking at Docker not starting on Windows 11. You will usually see "Docker Desktop starting..." on the screen, but nothing changes. The solution I found was posted by Yavuz Yoldaş on Stackoverflow and the link is below.

Run Powershell as Admin and run the below commands (remove quotes)

tried it also by myself and didn't work. From docs i read about setting up wsl2 to version 2 which is required for CUDA f.e. Those security options kinda gave hope but for a sec. still good video.

The net start vmcompute and wsl --set-default-version 2 commands are needed to be run every windows start ? even if is a virtual desktop windows ?

net start vmcompute throws an error: System error 1068 has occurred. The dependency service or group failed to start.
