SOLVING a common COOLANT LEAK of the Honda V TWIN

How to repair a common leak on old or heavily used 52º Honda V2 engines.
Bikes with that engine type: Most of the Shadows, all the old Transalps (600, 650, 700) and Africa Twin (650, 750), the Hawk, NTV, Deauville and a bunch of other models.

Omg I am ganna try this. Coolant in overflow keeps lowering. Oil is good and spark plugs look normal. No obvious leaks around the motor. Already change out seals and O-ring by the thermostat. Never thought to look here tho.

If you have a leak there, you should be able to see it between the two cylinders. Also it's usually very small leaks, not enough to clearly see a difference in the overflow tank.

​@@coastrider8881 I thought the seal between the cylinder and the block was blown loolz. Thank god its only this small issue loolz 😅 it looks like ill have money left for upgrades (all terrain tires, crash bars and engine metal plate plus the front brake switch is bad and the license plate light is blown 😅

I bought a used transalp 700 with this issue. It had 80k km on it and i thought the engine was destroyed. Thank god its only this issue 😅
