In puzzle 20 "Double-Booked" at 2:47:00 How did you get a 3 in box 5 column 6, why could that 3 not be in box 6 column 6?

I think it was a lucky mistake on their part. You have to look at the options for the remote sum of R3C4. 3 in R1C4 -> R1C1 becomes a 4 -> R5C1 becomes a 1 -> R6C2 becomes a 4 -> Breaks 3 in R3C2 -> R1C2 becomes a 2 -> Breaks 3 in R5C4 -> Sees the pair at the top of column 4 -> Breaks So the only way that a 2 works in R3C4 is with a 3 in R3C6.
