@@QuasiELVIS That's called opening up and speaking from a place of insecurity. The guy has PTSD which can be debilitating. His effort and note show that he is working on breaking out from the fear and doubt that he is dealing with and that is a very positive move. Comments like yours have no place in society. Who cares if the guy is or isn't gay anyways? That comment makes you sound like someone who has their own insecurities honestly. That was so cool. Thank you Chris, for sharing Dan's puzzle with us and for supporting him- as well as taking a chance on him. I too am an Army Vet. and have struggled with service related PTSD for 11 years now, and so often people hear PTSD and think that we are broken and won't take chances on us. Or they pity us, and baby us as a result- and sometimes, that's worse. Your treated Dan like a human being, and that's everything to someone in his shoes. Dan- I hope you see this- I feel your struggle. Woodwork is an outlet for me as well- and anytime I can make cards or puzzles, or both part of that- I do. It makes everything I make feel like an extention of myself. Thank you for sharing part of yourself with us, through Chris. Hang in there- we all know that it never goes away, but it does get better- you just proved it.

As a person who got PTSD from child abuse and sexual violence I really try to understand people who CHOOSE to do a Job where they should know from the first place that they can end up with PTSD. And I don't think that there is anything good on fighting in an war with no sense at all. So it's hard for me to have pity with vets who went to war to ATTACK another country.
@LintuLumessa

@FlwrBoi OK, so you want to tell me that a 6 year old child choose by themself to get raped? And how do you know I did not report it. You can't just do anything if grown ups don't believe what you tell them. your comparison sucks. and pls tell me why your life depend on bombing Iraq or other Middle Eastern countries? If another army starts a war on the ground you live on, then everyone who defends you has my biggest respect. But to burn down another nation thousands of Miles away from your home does NOT deserve respect and has nothing to do with protection or saving lifes.

@@daggern15 I was thinking more in terms of jacking up the house and rotating it, but the easier solution is of course to build a spinning wall inside the house, a lot cheaper as well.. to be fair both are somewhat expensive though. With the spinning wall you could actually make it spin both horizontal and vertical though which would be a lot harder with the "jacking up the whole house and putting it on a truck trailer"-solution.
@daggern15

@@vir042 Both of your way are a lot more complicated than my ferris wheel idea. Even simpler: jack up a car, attach the puzzle to the wheel and spin it from there and it's up to you if you want to use the power of the car to spin the puzzle faster

This is what makes me have hope for humanity. Most days I run into people who are angry and sad and just depressed and it’s just sad most days but I get home and watch videos like this and it give my soul a smile and makes my day seeing the joy others bring in people lives out of the kindness of their hearts. They aren’t asking for anything in return or expecting something they are being caring and kind they are passing it forward. I feel like if everyone did at least 1 thing each day out of pure love and kindness they would help brighten their days.

Beyond unbelievably VERY cool of Dan. The puzzle was incredible. His work is great. Most importantly, Dan's message, but most of all, the honesty and vulnerability there within was refreshing and humbling. Most men, and most definitely those in the armed forces, or Law enforcement wear this "armor" (not just in uniform) that you have to be invincible. It was amazing to hear Dan open up about the issues he's been dealing with post war. I hope he continues to open up, and find more comfort in the interactions he can have with others, because he's an immense talent. And as great mind. I wish him well, and am always willing to talk. Awesome video. Great job by you both.

I happened to stumble on the channel and my curiosity took over and can definitely relate to your viewpoint on people. In my line of work and in my studies, which are narcissistic psychology and sociology, I often see the worst sides of people so I have to juxtaposed that with trying to find more positive or more healthy characteristics. It’s definitely not easy. I’m glad that you found a way to take a risk on giving people you don’t know a chance to prove themselves. I can tell from the puzzle how much thought you put in it. And it shows to me at least just like the puzzle there are many sides to your characteristics if one will spend the time to learn. Awesome. Take care.

Chris, I don't know where to start. Your channel is simply amazing for sooooo many reasons. I have chronic Lyme disease and my life is spent bedridden fighting for my life. Honestly when I discovered your channel mesmerized me, I was instantly hooked to every puzzle you did. Lyme is never ending pain, long boring treatments, and just sooo much time doing boring stuff and your puzzles keep my mind busy and I love watching you get through them. Your sense of humor, and ability to connect with your viewers is awesome! Keep putting out your amazing videos please! I seriously want to get a few of these puzzles and try to complete them myself. Any suggestions on some good ones to start with? I'm such a fan of yours and I hope nothing but good positive things for you and your family in the new year. Hello from Houston Texas where a HUGE FAN of yours is cheering you on! Keep the sick puzzles coming and if you ever have any advice for a beginner I would love to hear it. My medical expenses are so much that getting a really nice one is out of my league but I just have to have some of these! I love the vending machine, the steam punk one, the box with your initials on it was also dope!

That was awesome. thank you to the maker of this puzzle, and thank you for your service. Thank you for putting yourself out there like this by sending sending Chris your puzzle. I have only been watching his videos for a few days, but definitely nothing is more satisfying than watching him solve the puzzle, unless I was doing it. lol. Unfortunately, I don’t have the time or the money to buy some of the more ornate ones, I will definitely continue to watch Chris’s channel and look forward to seeing your second puzzle. Kris
