Solving Upper Impacted canines｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC739

[case report]
Impaction treatment Is dependent upon two factors, age and location. If growth potential is high(young p’t) and the impaction is well-positioned, spontaneous eruption is highly possible by space creation. In this case the patient has two impacted upper canines. After creating spaces by extractions, the impacted teeth erupted automatically.
阻生齒治療須考量兩個因素：患者年齡和阻生齒位置。如果是年輕患者，生長潛力高，阻生齒的位置適當，那麼單純藉由打開空間，阻生齒就極可能自然萌發。本案例中患者上顎有兩顆阻生犬齒。透過拔牙騰出空間後，阻生齒就自然萌發了。
