Solving Upper Impacted canines｜【Chris Chang Ortho】CC792

Impaction treatment Is dependent upon two factors, age and location. If growth potential is high(young p’t) and the impaction is well-positioned, spontaneous eruption is highly possible by space creation. In this case the patient has two impacted upper canines. After creating spaces by extractions, the impacted teeth erupted automatically. Apply intermaxillary elastics to bring down U3s to the occlusal surface and use torque springs to adjust the impacted teeth's torque.
阻生齒治療須考量兩個因素：患者年齡和阻生齒位置。如果是年輕患者，生長潛力高，阻生齒的位置適當，那麼單純藉由打開空間，阻生齒就極可能自然萌發。本案例中患者上顎有兩顆阻生犬齒。透過拔牙騰出空間後，阻生齒就自然萌發了。再利用intermaxillary elastics把阻生齒拉到咬合面，再使用torque spring矯正阻生齒的torque。
