Footage of Mohammed Ibrahim Egal, Prime Minister of Somalia being welcomed to the White House by United States President Lyndon Baines Johnson.
Egal was on a week-long tour of America which aimed to boost trade between both countries.
Prime Minister Egal was flown to Washington D.C. from New York in a special U.S. Air Force plane. The final leg of his journey, with his wife, was by a helicopter from a nearby air force base.
