How do you know of how many eggs you will need to use for one pumpkin? Can you please tell me how ? Thanks.

Every pumpkin size is different. Even the hollow size is different too. However, you can try by pouring the water into the pumpkin’s hollow. From that tip, you will know the amount of water you used. Normally 1 chicken egg weighs between 40g to 50g. So you can estimate the amount of custard you are going to make for 1 pumpkin.

That’s Kabocha and NOT pumpkin. DO NOT confuse between kabocha and pumpkin. Kabocha has different anatomy, different looks, and different pulp and taste .
