Great video. The Wooden Dummy is a mediation on lines of force. The details you highlight are vital. Every touch should affect their "center", even when moving along the line of their arms. Thank you.

Thanks …There are so many wooden dummy form videos on KZbin but non of them discussing about these important information….back in the 80s when I had starting learning wing chun …you were not allowed to even see the form …:there are NO video allowed and Shifu were the only one who teach you these ….you have to go through these basic training on wooden dummy at least a year before you start learning form + applications…..

Prem Dass hope it helps everyone out there to understand more when practising wooden dummy....I saw many wrong versions which will make you slower to progress in learning Wing chun.... The right way is the only way you can learn faster ...best luck
